Walk-day Schedule
7:00 a.m. Registration opens
8:30 a.m. Pre-Walkathon program begins on the National Mall
9:00 a.m. Walkathon begins

Location
The Walkathon starts on the National Mall between 7th and 14th Streets, Washington, D.C. See the Walkathon’s 5K route below.

Have you preregistered for the Help the Homeless Walkathon?
If you have preregistered (registered before Event Day), you will proceed directly to the preregistration check-in area on the National Mall between 12th and 14th Streets, NW. 

NOTE: Don't forget to bring the Event Waiver Form that you printed out online. That form will help you move quickly through the registration process.

Are you registering on the day of the Help the Homeless Walkathon?
Event Day Registration is between 12th and 14th Streets NW on the Department of Agriculture lawn that faces Jefferson Street directly across from the Smithsonian Metro Stop.

Transportation
Take Metro to the Smithsonian Station (Orange/Blue lines). The Metro opens at 6:00 a.m.
